Enhancing the territory has always been a priority for her too.

"The experience with" Writers and Flavors "was exciting and very vivifying!
I love to weave food and stories. The association was born when the review "Writers and Flavors around Lake Orta" ended, in which for three years I brought great names from the literary and food and wine world to this lake area.
At the beginning of last year, the Meina Library asked me to organize some cultural event for them, with "Writers and Flavors" from this input, "The Keywords", a review of events, currently via zoom, originated from this input. the first and third Tuesday of the month. The review was supposed to end in December 2020, but it is very popular and will last at least until the end of this year
Each meeting is linked to a "Key Word", with the presence of a person from the cultural world to whom a Chef dedicates a dish. All surrounded by Special Guests who are part of a "column" edited by me. They are people the newspapers talk about, whom I go to look for. We have involved many municipalities, libraries and reading groups throughout Italy. We also have two correspondents: one from Italy and one from Riyadh (SA) of the Italian Academy of Cuisine. In all the meetings we have some regular guests:
there is Loredana Gaeta who concludes each meeting with the reading of a paper that prepares us to face the week, the poet Daniela Mattiazzi, who reads us one of her poems, Silvia Buitoni from Perugia, curator of a Facebook page where people are invited to write about food starting from the memories evoked by the scent of food. Then there is also Dr. Giovanni Brugo, who combines one of his Pietraforata in Ghemme wines with the dish presented by the chef / chef / cook on duty.
Music cannot be missing, with a music school in Arona. "
Laura has always been a person full of ideas and initiatives, always and in any case aimed at promoting the territory and it is exciting and very enriching to spend time with her. You look for it here:
